Established in 1988, Chestnut Homes enjoys a reputation for building high quality homes in Lincolnshire. They build a range of new homes, from houses and apartments suitable for the first-time buyers, through to five bedroom executive homes.
The Client’s requirements were specific in the need for high quality doors and windows manufactured and installed to match their demanding build program.
The Solution
Having been previously engaged to supply and install Specialist BSI KitemarkTM Certified flood windows and doors our flood resilience division, M3Floodtec, had already established a benchmark for right first time delivery and installation to the highest standard meeting the flood protection requirements of BS851188-1:2019 + A1:2021.
