THE REQUIREMENT
Southern Housing are one the UKs largest housing providers in the UK with over 77,000 homes across the UK, South East and Isle of Wight.
Working in partnership with United Living Property Services, Rascals Close, Horsham, comprised of 28 two bed, three bed and four bed properties that required external window, door and roofline replacement to bring some new life to the properties but also aid with the carbon footprint and overall running costs.
THE SOLUTION
Over a tight install programme of 3 weeks, M3 Fenestration surveyed, manufactured, and replaced all 21 Composite Front Doors, 4 French Patio Doors and over 200 U-PVC windows.
Using our strong project management skills, collaborative working with our clients and tenants, we were able to fully sign off all works on the required date with some great feedback. Using dedicated site management, we were able to create a strong programme of works for our dedicated install teams.
